ProAiir Thinner is used to thin or to rehydrate makeup. It should not be used with the Temporary Tattoo INK. This product is used to thin hybrid makeup in the event it starts to thicken under extremely warm or dry conditions. Use by adding a single drop at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
